You better get that crack repaired, before something worse happens, since it'll lead you to a world of loss, especially in the stormy seasons. Also, I've learned that lesson after my friend and I experienced such harsh storm that blasted both our roofs.

A single break might get worse. There are a lot of expert roofers out there, so make sure you pick the best ones. A broken home could lead to worse problems if left unattended. It's best to take care of them as early as possible.

It’s really frustrating when something messed up our beautiful ceiling! I hope you were able to fix this crack and replaced the broken roof tile immediately. This will definitely save you from worrying when rainy season come. Anyway, you have a good start for this year, and I wish it will continue for the rest of the year. ;-)

You never want to be looking anywhere but local for a roof repair atlanta ga. I don’t know if they will charge you more, but like you said, they will know the regulations and building codes better. I have never thought about getting a warranty for the roof. I would see if you actually need a warranty because my house for instance is in the desert so we don’t get very violent storms like other places. (edited)
